Today I made the healthiest junk food I could make. We had buffalo cauliflower bites and veggie pizzadillas. They were a hit!!! My son devoured the pizzadilla and my husband loved them both. My mother even enjoyed it, and she is a very picky eater. I definitely feel like a sorceress dishing out happiness!!!
Now the buffalo cauliflower bites were just battered cauliflower baked in a very hot oven then brushed with buffalo sauce. I then made my own blue cheese dip. The pizzadillas were super simple, with whole wheat tortillas, pizza sauce, mozzarella, veggies and a hot skillet!
