Amazing Recipe that I had to share!

With a new attitude towards life, I am trying to eat better. My husband and I have decided to go vegetarian. I found this amazing recipe that I wanted to make sure I didn’t lose.

imageWe didn’t add curry purely because we didn’t have any. But it came out delicious. I also used 4 whole eggs instead of 6 egg whites because I didn’t want to waste the yolks.
